The Science Behind Dairy is Reliable, Peer-Reviewed

Researchers at six National Dairy Product Research Centers conduct research on dairy products, ingredients, processing and packaging.

Our research is peer-reviewed and subject to all the scrutiny that all good research must go through, and now, a Tufts University report says “Dairy Funding Doesn’t Bias Obesity Research.” I capitalized that because it’s the headline of the story in Dairy Today. The study compared dairy checkoff-funded research with research done by the National Institutes of Health and determined that our work was unaffected by its funding.
