- 2 cups Fat-free or low-fat milk
- 1 cup Low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 Large bananas
- Dash vanilla extract
- 10 crushed almonds
- 1 cup (more or less as needed) ice cubes
- Handful fresh mint leaves for garnish
In a blender container combine all ingredients, except mint. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds. Pour into glasses and garnish with a fresh mint leaf if desired.
